Our team is based in Phoenix, Arizona (Mountain Standard Time). Note: Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, so our time difference with New Zealand changes slightly throughout the year.

    • How it works: When it is 10:00 AM on Tuesday in Auckland, it is 2:00 PM on Monday here in Phoenix. We are often processing orders while you are having your morning coffee!

  • My pot arrived broken, what do I do? We are so sorry! While we pack with heavy-duty protection, ceramics can be fragile. Please do NOT return the broken shards. Simply take a clear photo of the damage and the packaging, and email it to support@avenixa.shop. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
  • Do your pots have drainage holes? Yes, most of our pots come with a pre-drilled drainage hole to ensure healthy root growth. Some decorative indoor planters (cache-pots) may not; please check the specific product description or ask us if you are unsure.
  • Can these pots be kept outside in winter? It depends on the material. Our ceramic and concrete pots are generally frost-resistant, but we recommend bringing them indoors or to a sheltered area during extreme freezes to prevent cracking.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? We ship internationally from the USA. Typical delivery takesย 8 to 16 business days. We use secure, shock-absorbent packaging to ensure safe delivery.
